Where do we deliver?

Delivery days:

1-2 working days (not included Saturdays, Sunday or holidays).

We will strive to deliver all ordered items in a single package. If this is not possible due to stock availability, we reserve the right to deliver in multiple shipments.

If an ordered product cannot be shipped within the promised time due to unforeseen circumstances, the Customer will be informed of the new delivery date via email. If delivery is not possible, Scale Magic will contact the Customer to arrange a new delivery date, a replacement product, or cancellation of the order with a refund of the amount paid.

If the buyer is not present at the specified address or the address is incorrect, the delivery service will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange a specific time or an alternative delivery address. If delivery is not possible, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse.

Scale Magic commits to timely delivery of the Customer's order, provided the Customer has entered their information completely, accurately, and truthfully.

Ordered products can also be picked up in person at the warehouse located at Milana Ogrizovića 28, 10000 Zagreb. For pick-up time is best to contact the seller via email.

Delivery costs are as follows:

• Post Office (HP): €3.50
• BOX NOW – 24/7 Package Locker Delivery: €2.50

Ordered items are delivered via BoxNow or Post Office. Delivery will take place within 2–4 working days from the order date, and no later than 30 days if agreed upon.
